ACTEON Group undertakes to take the necessary measures regarding data transfers outside the EU between its European affiliated companies and its non-European affiliated companies.
Data retention periods:
Personal data will be kept according to the following conditions:
- For a minimum of five years and then will be deleted after six (6) months of inactivity for the data processed within the framework of the accounts created on Acteon Club and AIM websites
- for five [VG1] years from the last contact for the data processed for the Website navigation
When the data is no longer necessary for the purpose, it will be deleted by appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization of the data or its total destruction.

ACTEON Group takes all necessary security measures to protect your personal data against accidental manipulation and access by unauthorized third parties. The security measures employed notably include the use of passwords and firewalls.
